Strategy. Technology. Leadership.
Turning ideas into meaningful outcomes.
I’m Jahleel Bennett, an Information Management & Technology student at Syracuse University with minors in Philosophy and Strategic Management. I work where business, technology and people meet: I founded and lead Project 315, I run Gemini workshops on campus as a Google Student Ambassador, and I spent Summer 2025 as an investment banking summer analyst at Republic Capital Group.

Strategy is only as valuable as its execution.
Good ideas are easy to come by. The follow-through is what’s hard: a plan people understand, a clear owner for each piece, and someone who keeps checking in until the work is actually done. Whether I’m running an organization, teaching a workshop or putting together an analysis, that follow-through is the part I hold myself to.
